A light safety vest for your hunting dog with a floating feature.

• Every year dogs drown in cold water for example when crossing deep ditches.
• Vest is not a lifejacket, but it does give the dog’s owner more time to save their dog from drowning.
• NOT FOR WARMER WEATHERS, because the floating material warms the dog up.
• Vest colours: safety colors Orange, Yellow or Orange/Yellow.
• 2,5cm wide reflectors at the front and on both sides of the vest.
• Closed using a zipper that is hidden under a Velcroed cover strip.
• Snap fasteners on both ends of the cover strip.
• Vest’s material is waterproof microfiber.
• Belly-side made from durable Cordura fabric.
• Nylon strap secures durability.
• The front leg openings are designed to let the dog move easily. Chest area is still well protected.
• When the vest’s measurements are correct, leg openings don’t let snow inside. According to tests even if some snow makes its way inside the vest, dog’s own body heat melts the snow.
• D-ring for a leash, for temporary walking.
• Inside the vest there are wide Velcro straps on the back and on the belly side. They are used to attach the Vainu trousers, which turns the vest into a jumpsuit.
• GPS-pocket is available as several different producer-specific models and as a general model, that can fit all the most common GPS-devises with their collars. Inside the general pocket there’s a place for attaching Tracker Active and Bark. For the collar-styled devises there are Velcro strips for attachment on the bottom of the pocket. There’s also a place for Orbiloc flashing light on the top of the pocket.
• All pockets are strengthened with a nylon strap.
• Vest has a “pee flap” which closes the trousers’ willy hole for male dogs.
• Trouser part’s colour: orange and yellow.

Trousers fit also on Sisu, Sulo, Inari, Otso, Uuno, Usva, Alma, Vilma and Ronja vest models.

At the moment there are sizes for Dachshunds and other breeds of similar size.
